What We Do

St. Catherine of Siena Orphanage, Bandra: Boys and girls under the age of 12 are enrolled in the orphanage. They study in pre-primary and primary school located at the premises. The orphanage includes separate dormitories for boys and girls. All children are grouped as per their age in dormitories. Each of these dormitories has a care taker. The care taker's activities include study supervision, conducting an joining activities, taking the children for computer class, supervise food distribution, maintaining hygiene in the living room, organising TV time, accompany magic bus sessions, making children ready for Moral/Religious classes on Saturdays and many other similar activities. Nutritious food is provided to all inmates of the orphanage. A maximum of 100 students can stay in the premises.

shelter and Food
St. Catherine of Siena Education Extension Project at Koperkairane for Boys: The boys in the Education Extension Project are given shelter along with food, clothing, medication, counseling and life skill session at this center. A maximum of 30 boys can stay in the premises. The age group of the students is from 13 to 18 years.

St. Catherine of Siena Education Extension Project at Bandra for Girls: The girls in the Education Extension Project are given shelter along with food, clothing, medication, counseling and life skill session at this center. A maximum of 20 girls can stay in the premises. The age group of the students is from 13 to 18 years.
